today i visited hope's blog and spend the best 5 minutes ever. (if you don't already know her, drop by and visit with her. you'll be glad you did.) the video she posted is below because i wanted to keep it on my blog as a reminder to myself about gratitude and also, to not give into despair or lose hope. none of us is guaranteed tomorrow, nor are we even sure of the rest of today, if you think about it, so why not remember to give thanks for each moment and not take anything for granted.

DeleteMy Mom actually sent me that link, which was part of a TED lecture on the film maker and his slow motion photography. It's one of those every emotion kind of things: happy, amazed, teary eyed.
