carrots, yes, peas, no. the MITM isn't a fan of peas, unless they're snap peas cooked whole with pancetta and thinly sliced onions. i added halved yellow cherry tomatoes to the diced carrots and onions, and then sauteed the whole lot until they were nicely caramelized. next, i tossed in the shredded lamb with some broth and covered the pan while i made a simple brown gravy. mixed the gravy in and kept on going. it was lovely last night and even better at mid day today! xoxoxox
